The Truth About Grace

Articles No Comments

Their has been much discussion recently about Grace. Look at the original Greek meaning…Divine influence upon the heart. When Holy Spirit influences your heart He changes it to His divine nature. He does this by giving you a revelation of the Father. A revelation is not mere knowledge but knowledge that is allowed to work within you changing you to the divine nature or Christ-like. So here is a thorough definition of Grace. A revelation(working knowledge) of the Father which has the power to change the heart.
Now, lets apply this to some scripture…Romans 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound. This truth of scripture proves that no matter your sin, character flaws, past mistakes…etc the revelation of the Father has the power to superceed all that. 1Cor 3:10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds thereon. Grace was so important to Paul it empowered him to lay the foundation of the Kingdom where the gospel had never been preached.
In short, GRACE is not at all what I thought it was. It is vital to every Christian in everything without which the child of God does’nt even exist. I challenge you…take the above definition of Grace & go through the scriptures believing the will of God is written there for you..
