Welcome to Applachian House of Prayer

Prayer is the multifaceted walk with Jesus that empowers us to walk in the Spirit, confirm His Word and fulfill our Divine destiny. On earth as in heaven.

Isaiah 56:7 Even them will I bring to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of Prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon My altar; for My house shall be called a House of Prayer for all people.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Word of God as written in its original text by inspiration of the Holy Spirit is without error.
We believe only the Holy Spirit can adequately interpret such scripture to represent  the one true living God consisting of the Father, Jehovah, His Son Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit.
We believe the requirement of the Old Testament law to be fulfilled was done so only by the sinless Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was born of a virgin.
He was falsely accused and sentenced to death upon a cross and willingly did so as an intercessor for all humanity. We believe He rose from the dead three days after His death by the power of the Holy Spirit which gives hope to all who believe and call upon His name in repentance. Our hope is in Him, Jesus Christ, that we who believe will never experience death to our eternal soul.
We believe that shortly after Jesus’ death and resurrection, He ascended back to Heaven then sent His Spirit back to earth .
We believe in the infilling of such Holy Spirit at salvation and the experience of being baptized in such Spirit so as to be empowered as  witnesses and ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, ruled by Jesus Christ the King of Glory. We believe in seeking the inerrant scripture and fellowship with the Holy Spirit for the revelation of our calling on the earth to allow the ministry of Jesus Christ to continue touching humanity with life changing power.
We believe in His soon return to earth.
